## 1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VocaBrief, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

## 2. Description of service

VocaBrief provides an AI meeting assistant application on Android that records local audio, uploads it securely after the meeting, and creates structured meeting summaries and transcripts.

## 3. Account registration & user accounts

You must register for an account once registration becomes publicly available. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your credentials.

## 4. Fair use & restrictions

You agree not to:
- Abuse, harass, or violate the legal rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or APIs
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of VocaBrief
- Upload malicious payloads, virus code, or copyrighted materials without proper rights

## 5. Limitation of liability

VocaBrief is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
